Get Your Welcome present, 40 pages E-Book for FREE

Some of you have been requesting for a Penang Info or newsletter for some time. I know it is long overdue. For that, I thank youfor the push and patience.

Writing passionately about something for the web site is not that difficult. But a new letters, that sets me thinking for many months. So I ask myself what am I going to write in my Penang News.

We will be publish on a monthly or quarterly basis featuring latest happenings, hot news in Penang or even Malaysia. I am not a buzy body but any news that has impact in Penang or its community, I will try to place it in the Penang info News.

We will be publish on a monthly or quarterly basis featuring latest happenings, hot news in Penang or even Malaysia. I am not a buzy body but any news that has impact in Penang or its community, I will try to place it in the Penang info News.

Happenings like PGCC or intention to bring the trams back is part excitement, part concern.

Make sure you subscribe with a valid e-mail address. Hotmail and Yahoo (especially!) tend to drop the newsletter in the bulk folder. I know, it should not be there but I have no control over Yahoo mail.

If you haven't received a newsletter by the end of the month in your mail box, it's likely to be found in the bulk folder. Yahoo has too many spam mails.

So sign up for our newsletter is the way to be in touch with some latest happening in Penang. Well, here are some topics will be covered in upcoming Penang Info issues.

  • Short emails, with tips or updates related to Penang
  • Occasional answers to your (good well mannered ) questions
  • Video Tutorials on Several Topics especially food, cooking sights and festivals
  • Occasional recommendations of products/services that will help your traveling in Penang and beyond
  • Gentle reminders that your health matters including saunas and easy prep on health food ;-)
  • Some community or towns events and festivals
  • 5 Points Checklist: You Should Look At before you even start your trip (it doesn't matter into which country you're going to travel to!)

Now, all you have to do is type-in your First name and your Primary E-mail Address into the form below and you'll receive my issues for FREE! or PERCUMA!

And I extend it to you, if you have any news worth sharing, write to me and we will consider placing it. Be the first to read the latest Penang info News and speak out about stuff that interest you.

Bear in mind, we won't be caught in controversial issues or anything on sex or porn. It is a NO! NO! Hey, I did not tell you anything about the $-Value of all the points above, as yet.

Some of my friends told me to charge $29 or more for my Smart Penang info and Travel Guide! But, as I already mentioned, I give it to you for free!

Also, you can check out my Penang blog as you will get to know whenever I have added anything new to the site.

And why not follow the updates with my My Island Penang feed. Look at the left of the page, you would see a whole rows of purple buttons, we called navigation button.

Under my purple navigation buttons, can you see a green square with orange letter stating XML and RSS? Beneath it, the word, What's an RSS feed? That is an explanation of what a RSS Feed is.

Just follow the simple guide and wa laa, you will be using RSS and any time I write, you get to know the instant I upload any article. If it is too difficult, just click on 'add to my Yahoo', or My MSN or + Google.

Depending on what browser you use. Example, if you have yahoo emails, then click on 'add to my Yahoo'. Each time you open yr email, the feeds are there. That is the power of internet and RSS. Easy as drinking water, right....yes..ok!

Due to your encouragement, a wonderful surprise awaits you. An E book filled with 40 pages, Pictures of Penang, some of the best panoramic pictures taken by my very enthusiastic photographer friends await you when you sign up. Subscribe now and get this e-book for free.

And getting two of your friends to sign up, an E book with top 15 doable and delicious recipes of our local Penang and Malaysian food will be ready for you by February.

Being a Nyonya, you must know how proud we are of our cooking skills. All my top 15 yummy dishes with photographs and secret cooking tips will be shared.

In our world today we are bombarded with lots and lots of information, 24/7. Sometimes it's really hard to separate the peanut from the butter.

Heck, I just want to protect you from headaches. That's where I come into place. I'm here to support you, to guide you, and to make sure you experience a smart travel through this amazing island called Penang.

Or maybe some articles from guest writers sharing their expertise, would that not be interesting?

Read one about Iceland from Thrandur or Jez Rourke on using international mobile. In other parts of the world, timeshare seems to be friendly for visitors looking for places to stay.

Last but not least, what about thinking of someone you love? My photographer mentor Les takes great shots but no longer can he enjoy his passion.
